The idea behind this piece is the history and development of mexican culture. The two female dancers represent the present time culture and their dresses form an infinity symbol to represent a future of endless possibilities and the continuity of our heritage. The male aztec warrior obviously represents the beginning of the culture, and is admiring the future (the 2 modern mexican dancers) because that is the seed he is planting on earth.
